In K through 12, every teacher from Mrs. Iwahashi to Mrs.Chun-Akana would usually have unique pronunciations of my full name. Which constantly made me question why I was named Kūhaʻoimaikalani. 30 something years later the name offers me more than just meaning. Kūhaʻoimaikalani translates into Rain From a Clear Sky and it offers a mental base, a relation to an environmental form/phenomenon, endless inspiration and aspiration. These offerings resonate with my moms belief that naming is Hawaiian form of instilling a power source.
Inspired by the ivy-league shirts of the early 1900s, the fabric designs are pure Hawai‘i, and the look is pleasingly fresh. The Button Up is an open front, tapered shirt with a full length placket. Coconut buttons are featured on the stand-up, button-down collar and on the front placket. Tuck it in or leave it out over the trousers for a more casual look. Either way, it's the perfect touch of crisp aloha!

Please contact your chosen carrier with your tracking information to inquire about the estimated date of arrival and location of your package. Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday. Orders that come in on Friday after 10am HST will not be processed until the following Monday, even if the request is for overnight shipping.
