This Hua Dress features our Teniteni design on Black fabric with White ink.
The late Aunty Mary Adams of K ane'ohe taught us how to make the lei puakenikeni. She suggested that as we string each blossom, a simple twist will "lock" the flower in place. The result is a beautiful lei with all the petals lined up in perfection! Our name Teniteni is a term of endearment. Cherished and prized, the fragrant lei is called by name, but with a little twist in the spelling. The "t" replaces the "k" and makes it more fun to say!
Named after the thirteenth day of the moon phase, the Hua Dress is a celebration of the fruits of our labor! A combination of many favorite styles, the sleeve, collar, length and trapeze is all about comfort. Youthful, cool and poise are offered in this all-occasion wearable. A stand-up collar, cap sleeves and an at-the-knee length, the style is all about comfort. Button-front closure and relaxing ease permits perfect strides!
