Our tenure with Hurley has come to an end. The journey was always sweet and satisfying, spiked with incredible adventures and experiences. We bring closure to our long-lasting collaboration with the iconic Hilo Hat!
Created in honor of Kūhaʻoʻs 20th class reunion, this hat features Hilo Highʻs iconic Blue and Gold with our Hilo One design under the bill.
When we first introduced the Hilo Hurley Hat, it became an instant hit! The hat canvas gave us multiple opportunities to design and showcase our hometown. We are excited to release one of our last hats.
The original and first Hurley hat was black with printed Hilo in white. We take you back to the basics but now with an embroidered Hilo. Grab it for the collection. Simple. Basic. Real.

Exchange of an item can be processed at any time up to a year after the initial purchase. Inventory moves quickly. Online gift certificates can be transferred to our Hilo or Sig on Smith locations. Gift certificates issued from our brick and mortar locations can also be transferred but only on weekdays when staff is available to do the transaction via the web. If we have the item in stock, it will be set aside to guarantee your exchange. SHIPPING & STORE PICKUP We offer domestic and international shipping options for online orders through USPS, FedEx, and DHL International. Please allow at least 2 - 3 business days for your order to be packed and processed for shipping. The shipping estimates listed at the time of the order are based on when the parcel leaves our premises, not when the order is placed. Please contact your chosen carrier with your tracking information to inquire about the estimated date of arrival and location of your package. Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday. Orders that come in on Friday after 10am HST will not be processed until the following Monday, even if the request is for overnight shipping.
If you live on Hawaiʻi island and would like to pick up your order at our Downtown Hilo Flagship store, please use the "Notes" section to indicate you would like to pick up your order. Please allow at least 4-6 hours for your store pickup to be processed. We will contact you when the item is ready and refund any shipping costs paid when the item is picked up.
