Hoʻopilialoha
Both the mauka and makai blossoms of the naupaka are unique: they are half-flowers.
Both plants resemble each other, but studying leaves and buds, there are slight differences.
The love story of the naupaka has been told for generations. A wahine of ali'i blood, Naupaka, and a kāne, Kaui, who was not born of royalty, were not allowed to be together as their parents disapproved of their marriage. In their sorrows, they were separated and forever remain apart, one in the uplands, the other near the sea.
Our rendition of the story brings the heartbreak to life; we print only one variety at a time, never together. The name Ho'opilialoha translates to: “Unite love!”
We created this design layout with intentions to bring love together.
Hua Dress
Hua is the thirteenth moon of the monthly cycle. The moon is egg shaped in appearance. It is a good day to plant anything that bears fruit.
We named this dress after this Hua moon phase. Its “A” shape, short cap sleeve, stand-up collar, and informal button-up front makes this comfortable and ready for every day wear.

SHIPPING & STORE PICKUP We offer domestic and international shipping options for online orders through USPS, FedEx, and DHL International. Please allow at least 2 - 3 business days for your order to be packed and processed for shipping. The shipping estimates listed at the time of the order are based on when the parcel leaves our premises, not when the order is placed. Please contact your chosen carrier with your tracking information to inquire about the estimated date of arrival and location of your package. Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday. Orders that come in on Friday after 10am HST will not be processed until the following Monday, even if the request is for overnight shipping. If you live on Hawaiʻi island and would like to pick up your order at our Downtown Hilo Flagship store, please select the "Local Pickup" option. Please allow 24 hours for us to get your order ready.
