Q: An item I really liked is sold out! Will you be making more?

A: Unfortunately, no. When an item is released, that is the only time that exact print will be available in that color. All of our releases are limited, so if you see something that speaks to you, snatch it up!

Q: I'm trying to use a gift card I got from Hilo/Sig on Smith online but it's not working. Why not?

A: The software that is used to run our brick and mortar shops is not the same as our online shop. Please email us at info@sigzane.com with the gift card number and we can transfer any balance from a plastic card to an online card.

Q: I sent an email to info@sigzane.com but I haven't received a response. How come?
