RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We are more than happy to honor a refund for purchases made online at sigzanedesigns.com or from our Flagship Downtown Hilo store if an item is returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase. The item needs to be returned with the original receipt in an unused, saleable condition and with the product tags still attached. If the item was purchased via our web store send the item back to us at 122 Kamehameha Avenue | Hilo, Hawaii 96720 with a note indicating what your expectation is. The cost of shipping for returns to the web store will not be refunded, only the cost of the item(s) plus tax.
To expedite the exchange process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our office at (808) 935-9980 to let us know what you are looking for. If we have the item in stock, it will be set aside to guarantee your exchange.
Exchange of an item can be processed at any time up to a year after the initial purchase. Inventory moves quickly. If we cannot offer an exact exchange for the same item (in a different size or a similar garment of equal value) a gift card will be issued to be used at a later date. Online gift certificates can be transferred to our Hilo or Sig on Smith locations. Gift certificates issued from our brick and mortar locations can also be transferred but only on weekdays when staff is available to do the transaction via the web.
We offer store credit and exchanges only at our Sig on Smith location. Refunds are not available at this location.

Specific items, as well as certain sizes, can be searched. Simply click on the "search" tool in the top right corner and it will show you the items that are available in the requirements you input. For example, if you are looking for only Medium aloha shirts, type in "Medium aloha shirts" and it should produce what we have available on our site.
SHIPPING & STORE PICKUP
We offer domestic and international shipping options for online orders through USPS and FedEx. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to be packed and processed for shipping. The shipping estimates listed at the time of the order are based on when the parcel leaves our premises, not when the order is placed. USPS orders ship Mondays - Saturdays. Due to the limitations of our local FedEx station, orders only ship Mondays - Fridays. Orders that come in on Fridays will not go out until the following Monday, even if the request is for overnight shipping.
We now have a "Hilo Store Pickup" option available in your shopping cart. This option is for the convenience of our Hilo customers who prefer to shop online, and for any customers who will be traveling to the island and would like to pick their order up in Hilo. Be sure to select "Hilo Store Pickup" as your shipping option at checkout. This will waive shipping charges for your order. We may contact you if you have an out of town address and you have chosen "Hilo Store Pickup" to confirm that you are coming to town for your order. Please allow 1 business day for "Hilo Store Pickup" orders to be available at the shop.
The "Hilo Store Pickup" option is currently not available for our Sig on Smith location.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email shortly after their purchase is made online as verification that their order is in the queue to be packed. Customers will receive a second email with a shipping confirmation when the order has been fulfilled. This means that the shipping label has been created and the carrier notified to pick up the parcel, or that the package has been delivered to the Hilo Store if that was the option chosen.
