This Pullover aloha shirt features our Mokoliʻi print on Black material with Black and Gotham Grey Ink.
Mokoliʻi
At Kualoa, Koʻolaupoko, the islet of Mokoliʻi sits just off shore. It is the tail tip of evil moʻo Mokoliʻi, whipped out to sea by Hiʻiaka as she traversed the windward side of Oʻahu. In the great Hawaiian story, Pele and Hiʻiaka, these encounters strengthen Hiʻiaka as she becomes one of the greatest and beloved wahine of Hawaiʻi Nei.
Our Year of the Snake design combines both bamboo and serpent in homage to the place of our birth. Kāneʻohe and the famous places of Koʻolaupoko are rich in history, offering memorable experiences.
Moko-liʻi translates to Small-Serpent. Ola to the natives of this Chinese Horoscope!
Inspired by the ivy-league shirts of the early 1900s, the fabric designs are pure Hawai‘i, and the look is pleasingly fresh. The Pullover features a half placket and is designed slightly wider to allow over-the-head dressing with ease. Coconut buttons are featured on the stand-up, button-down collar and on the front placket. Tuck it in or leave it out over the trousers for a more casual look. Either way, it's the perfect touch of crisp aloha!
