This Uluauloa dress features our ʻAwapuhi Kuahiwi print on Glacier material with Breaker ink.
ʻAwapuhi Kuahiwi
The only native ginger of our islands, the name suggests the ginger growing in the upland wilderness. Growing abundantly in windward rainy districts, they are often found in the understory of a forest. During late summer, the plump fragrant juice pods are perfect for a shampoo and cleansing dip in the stream!
Uluau is a wind that occurs around Waiākea, Hilo, Hawaiʻi Island. It is said that most of the Uluau winds originate on the leeward sides. As for our Hilo district, we can look at it in a literal sense: The Stirring Winds.
This full-length spaghetti strapped dress features our large block pareu designs. There is a side zipper closure and adjustable straps. Made in our 55% linen, 45% cotton fabric, perfect for Hilo’s subtle stirring winds!
