Uluwehi Keaukaha Nohonaohae Dress- Tarragon/Moss/Sweet Pea
Uluwehi Keaukaha
Countless times the breadfruit captures our imagination. Appearing in dreams and creating obsessive desires, we continue to create new representations of a favorite image. Literally meaning, “Decorated Keaukaha,” the design is a symbol of the beauty of the Hawaiian Homestead area in Hilo, home of the Kanakaʻole family.
Nohonaohae
When approaching Waimea from the south on Māmalahoa Highway, one is greeted by this prominent perfectly shaped cinder cone. Frequently framed by a rainbow, Nohonaohae is sister-hill to Nohonaohaeiki, just to the north.
The simplicity of the lines in this baby-doll style gives accent to the budding generation. The bounce in their steps indicate a happy-go-lucky attitude shared with their peers. Short sleeves add to the costume - for any occasion.
