Kula Haʻahaʻa, papahana keleaʻo o nā kula kaiapuni

Noho au ma ka moku ʻo Waiʻanae ma ka mokupuni ʻo Oʻahu, akā no Kāneʻohe mai au.

Nīnau: No ke aha ʻoe i ʻauamo ai i kēia kuleana e hana ma ke ʻano he kumu a luna hoʻokele paha ma ka papahana kula kaiapuni?

Question: Why have you taken on the responsibility to work as a teacher/admin in the papahana kaiapuni?

He kumu au no ka papahana keleaʻo no nā kula kaiapuni a o kēia kaʻu makahiki ʻelua! Pōmaikaʻi loa wau me ka launa pū ʻana me nā haumana mai nā mokupuni like ʻole ʻo Hawaiʻi. Ua koho au e lilo i kumu i hiki iaʻu ke kōkua, aloha, a hānai i nā keiki.

I am a distance learning teacher for immersion schools and this is my second year doing so.  I am blessed to work with students from all of the islands throughout Hawaiʻi.  I chose to become a teacher so that I could nurture, help and encourage the children.
