This Longsleeve Aloha Shirt features our Aiwa Ka Mano  print on Charcoal material with Avocado and Limestone ink. 

Aiwa Ka Mano

The words to this chant speak of migration, led by nine sharks, traversing the Pacific 

to Hawaiʻi.  This mele, handwritten by Tūtū Kawena, was presented to the Kanakaʻole ʻOhana.   

Drawn out by Nālani Kanakaʻole, the ʻohe kāpala was hand-cut by Kehau Kaula. 

Kaula then printed a kīhei with the stamps, creating the fabric layout.

This is one of the designs created for Eia Mai Eiwa, the exhibit at Bishop Museum,

celebrating hula and its teachings for the Zane-Kanakaʻole ʻohana.

Longsleeve Buttondown Shirt
