This Hua Dress features our Hoʻolaukī print on Nightfall material with Turquoise and Bahama Blue ink.
Hoʻolaukī
A single ti leaf is often carried on our bodies. It is the “shield” that protects us in ritual, ceremony, and in our jaunts to certain places. The Kahuna Kī is the variety with twisted and curled leaves. The name of the art, Hoʻolaukī, translates to “Use the ti leaf."
Hua Dress
As the thirteenth day of the moon phase, Hua is just before the full moon phases. Shaped like an egg, this is a good time to plant fruiting trees. In business, this is great day to start a company or collaborate!
Honoring this moon phase, we have named this dress Hua. The silhouette is A-shaped, tea length, stand-up collar, and easy button-up front. Comfort for everyday wear!
Model is 5ʻ2" and wearing a XXS Hua.
