This Course Polo features our Keahialaka print on Caribbean material with Stratosphere and Bone ink.
Keahialaka
In the Puna district on the island of Hawai'i is a large forest area called Keahialaka. Literally meaning the "fires of Laka," this special place is home to several different colors of the lehua blossom. When all the red flowers are in full bloom, the forest appears to be on fire! The lehua blossom of the ʻOhiʻa tree is the flower of the island of Hawaiʻi.
PILIPONO
Running errands, driving the ball into the 7th hole, or sitting at your favorite watering hole, you’d be quite comfortable in these polo shirts. With grab and run lifestyles, these shirts are perfect for swift costume changes. Wash, hang to dry, and go!
Pilipono refers to “well matched” or “well suited.” The comfort level exceeds most articles of clothing so we are playing with our ʻōlelo and we translate “pili-pono” as “perfectly aligned.”
