As part of our 40th anniversary celebration, we partnered with Sun Noodle to design the box for a first-of-its-kind dried Kalo Noodle Kit — a limited edition collaboration grounded in aloha, artistry, and sustainability.

Sun Noodle developed this unique noodle with Chef Mark Noguchi, Reppun Farm, and the Hawaiʻi Executive Collaborative in partnership with the “Kalo for the World” initiative. Crafted with locally grown kalo and fresh poi, these noodles reflect a deep connection to ʻāina, culture, and community. With a delicate bounce and subtle fragrance, they're paired with a zesty yuzu citrus sauce, designed to be enjoyed chilled.

Every element is a tribute to artistry, culture, and the values we share: respect for the ʻāina, kuleana to our community, and aloha in every detail. From the lo'i to your table, this is more than a meal — it's a story of legacy, shared through flavor and intention.
