This Paniau dress features our  Lauloa print on Terracotta material with Cream ink. 

Lauloa 

While cutting the lauaʻe for this design, the surf in Hilo Bay was epic.  The waves started breaking at Palikū and appeared to break across the entire bay.  In Hawaiian tradition, I chose the name Lauloa to commemorate the occasion.  A wave that reaches from one side all the way to the other side is called lauloa.  I've also chosen to elaborate on the very ruffled edges of the leaf because it reminded me of the maire that grew in abundance in Tahiti!
